Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy differs from weekly classes to all-day workshops. Please read carefully.



If the event is cancelled due to an unexpected event, a full refund will be issued to anyone who is enrolled.

If an emergency or unexpected event occurs, we reserve the right to the right to substitute another instructor, cancel, change the time, or change location.

If there are any changes or deviations from the advertised class time and location, We will make every effort to notify students as soon as possible.


If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster, a full refund will be issued to anyone who is enrolled.

Natural disasters include wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, or similar events out of our control.

If a natural disaster occurs, we reserve the right to cancel, change the time, or change location.

We will make every effort to notify students as soon as possible if there are any changes or deviations from the advertised time and/or place.


If the event is cancelled due to a low interest, a full refund will be issued to anyone who is enrolled.

It is essential to register as early as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any weekly class if no more than 2 persons have pre-registered.

If registrations or enrollments are low, we will administer private lessons during the allocated time and reserve the right to change topics based on the individuals present and their requests.


Full tuition or any material fee is due on the first day, with no exceptions. Once the full tuition has been paid, enrollment is complete.

Once the class begins, no refunds will be issued under no circumstances.

Any cancellation before the class begins must be made in writing no more than one (1) full day or 24 hours before the first session to receive a full refund

If the event is cancelled due to a low interest, a full refund will be issued to anyone who is enrolled.

If a workshop has a unique cancelation requirement regarding a non-refundable deposit, it will be listed on the registration form under "terms and conditions."


Full tuition or any material fee is due on the first day, with no exceptions. Once the full tuition has been paid, enrollment is complete.

Any cancellation before the workshop begins must be made in writing no more than 1 week or (7) days before the first session to receive a partial refund, as merchant or conveiance fees may apply.
