Cancellation of an Event
Events include classes, workshops, or lectures the Art Verve Academy facilitates.

We reserve the right to cancel any event, modify the time, or change location, due to insufficient enrollment, unexpected events, emergencies, or a natural disaster.
If an emergency or unexpected event occurs, we reserve the right to substitute another instructor, cancel the event, modify the time, or change location.
If there are any changes or deviations from the advertised time and location, we will make every effort to notify those who registered or enrolled as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient registration or enrollment.
Emergencies include the instructor's illness if they have car trouble, a flat tire, or other events outside their control.
Natural disasters include wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, or similar events outside our control.
