Registration Policy

Registration is the process of signing up for a class or workshop to reserve your seat. Payment may be provided online to complete the enrollment, which happens after full tuition or any extra class fees are paid. Registration for each individual class happens via the unique electronic online form for that class.

Registration is required for every class or workshop to assist our instructors in preparing for your arrival (i.e. handouts, table or chairs, etc.). If you have not registered prior to the first day of the workshop or class.

Upon your successful class or workshop registration, your seat will be reserved and you will receive an electronic confirmation via any email address that you provided in the form. Please check your spam folder, if you do not see it. If you mistyped your email, you may use the contact us form to confirm your registration.

Adults, ages 16 & up (or accompanied by a guardian) are welcome to register.

Our guideline is a maximum of 13 students per class. However, instructors set maximum class enrollment per each class or workshop that they are teaching.

Materials are included in some classes, please check the registration form for more details.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis online. Early registration is strongly encouraged, as many classes or workshops fill quickly. If the class is at full capacity, you may be turned away.

Classes and workshops registration opens when we release the form online, we advertise in our newsletter, and also release a Facebook event on social media to announce that registration is open.

No tuition fee or deposit is required to be on a waiting list. If a class or workshop is full, interested students may use our contact us form to sign up on a waiting list. Openings will be given on a first-come, first-served basis listed on the waitlist. Use the contact form on the contact us page, be sure to include the class that is full.

We may do enrollments after the first day for those, who may have schedule conflicts or missed the first day. Classes or workshop sessions may also be pro-rated however, you must have the instructors permission to join any workshop or class after the first session has passed.
