We perform educational services in a hands-on studio environment designed to teach 2D Visual Art skills in a wide range of mediums. Instructor demonstrations in techniques designed to inspire, motivate or encourage any lifelong learner.

Weekly Classes
We facilitate weekly 2D visual art classes in-person or face-to-face in Tucson, Arizona, for adults or ages 16 with a guardian are welcome to enroll. Beginners or absolute beginners are welcome!
Workshops
We facilitate one or two-day adult 2D visual art workshops in-person or face-to-face in Tucson, Arizona. Each session has a one-hour lunch break.
Creative Pathways or Independent Study
Weekly classes are perfect for those who want to benefit from feedback, inspiration, or the vitality achieved when working with other creative individuals. The instructor will guide you in finding your visual voice, achieving your artistic vision, or cultivating creativity.
Social Learning
Is a learning process and type of social behavior which proposes that new behaviors can be acquired by observing and imitating others. Social learning theory considers how both environmental and cognitive factors interact to influence human learning and behavior.
The social learning theory, proposed by Albert Bandura, emphasizes the importance of observing, modeling, and imitating the behaviors, attitudes, and emotional reactions of others (2021, Mclead).1

Administration
Is responsible for planning, scheduling workshops or classes, renting facilities, maintaining accounting records, and managing financial matters. They are also responsible for providing, enforcing, and evaluating academy policies or guidelines.
Private Community Forum
Exchange new ideas, tools, tips, or techniques with other like-minded individuals.
This is a safe place where the community may discuss work in progress or share information without the ramifications of social media or full exposure to the internet.
We use it to discuss art or artwork between learners, each other, and instructors within our community. It cultivates social learning and provides support for other creatives. Click here to read more.
Art Verve Association
Is a community of individuals who practice 2D visual arts together within a group setting. Meetups, sponsored by the Art Verve Academy, are free and open to the public with the intent to provide support for creatives and encourage social learning via the Meetup.com platform.
