Terms and Conditions

This agreement governs the terms and conditions for exchanging a service, which includes any event, class, lecture, or workshop facilitated by the Art Verve Academy.

Registration reserves or guarantees your seat. It is required and occurs online. Any adult ages 16 & up (or accompanied by a guardian) may register.

Early registration is strongly encouraged, as some events fill quickly, while others may be canceled due to insufficient registration or enrollment.

If you do not pay the electronic invoice emailed to you ten (10) full days before the first session, your registration will automatically be dropped.

Enrollment is complete after the full tuition and any material fees are paid.

When you enroll, you automatically confirm that you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions listed on this page.

Tuition is due seven (7) full days before the first session, with no exceptions.

The minimum enrollment number for any event may vary but is usually a minimum of 4 participants who have completed their enrollment, i.e., paid the full tuition seven (7) full days before the first session.

If an event is canceled due to an unexpected occurrence or emergency. In that case, a full refund will be issued, or there will be an option to transfer to a concurrent or future offering without penalty.

Your registration will automatically be dropped if you fail to pay the electronic invoice emailed to you ten (10) days before the first session.

Full refunds for paid tuition or enrollments are only granted up to 48 hours after payment is made and at least 7 days before the start of the first session, with no exceptions.

After 48 hours, a refund will only be honored if the class or workshop enrollment is full with a waitlist, i.e., another may fill the reservation.

Any cancellation or refund request must be made in writing, with no exceptions. Use the "contact us" form, or send a text to (520) 261-1973.



We retain the right to photograph or video any event, activity, or student work at its discretion without incurring obligations.

Unless informed otherwise, we will consider photographs or videos taken in class or any workshop permissible for publication for informational, marketing purposes, web, or social media.
