Terms and Conditions

Enrollment or registration is required to reserve your seat. You automatically confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions upon successful enrollment.

Each online submission form is intended for one individual submission only. If you would like to reserve multiple seats, please use the form to submit for each individual participant.

Tuition

Is the sum charged for a class, workshop, or event Art Verve Academy offers. The value may vary for the number of sessions.

Additional Fees

Include some consumable materials, live models, or entrance admissions. Some consumable materials may be included in the tuition. Any additional fees will be listed on the class, workshop, or event registration form.

Registration

Successful registration or "signup" reserves one seat for the class, workshop, or event Art Verve Academy offers.

Payment Due

If you do not pay within seven (7) full days before the first session, you forfeit the priority of your reservation, i.e., if the class fills, you will be on the waitlist.

Enrollment

Refers to paying the full tuition for a class, workshop, or event Art Verve Academy offers. It guarantees your seat.

Early Enrollment

Is strongly encouraged, as some events fill quickly, while others may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Enrollment opens when we release the form via our website or advertise it in our monthly newsletter. Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the event is at total capacity, you may be turned away.

Late Joiners

After the first session, late joiners must have the instructor's permission in writing before attending any class, workshop, or event Art Verve Academy offers.

Transactions

We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Note that if you have arranged to pay with a credit card in person, you may need to stay after class to run the transaction.

Proof of Payment

Once your transaction is complete, an electronic receipt will be emailed to you as proof of payment, and you will be officially enrolled in the class, workshop, or event. Please check your spam folder for the receipt.

Waitlist

If an event is full, you must join the waitlist to be considered. No tuition fee or deposit is required to be included on any waitlist. Use the "contact us" form, or send a text to (520) 261-1973 to be added to the waitlist, we will only notify you if a seat becomes available.

Need to Pay without an Invoice?

Use our PayPalMe page. No invoice is needed, you may entered the amount in the form.

Gift Cards

If using a gift card, please select "Other" during registration or enrollment. We will then do the discount manually on your invoice.

Low Enrollment Cancellations

The minimum enrollment number for any event may vary but is usually a minimum of 4 participants who have completed their enrollment, i.e., paid the full tuition (7) days before the first session.

Unexpected Occurrence Cancellations

Suppose an event is canceled due to low enrollment, an unexpected occurrence, a natural disaster, a pandemic, or an emergency. In that case, a full refund will be issued, or there will be an option to transfer to a concurrent or future offering without penalty.

Student Cancellations

Any cancellation or refund request must be made in writing, with no exceptions. Use the "contact us" form, or send a text to (520) 261-1973.

No Full Refunds Are Issued

After the first session, you forfeit the entire tuition if you wish to withdraw for any reason. No refunds are issued within three (3) days or 72 hours before the first session, with no exceptions.

No Partial Refunds Are Issued

For no-shows, missed sessions for any reason, or absence due to illness.

Full Refund May be Issued

Suppose an event is canceled due to low enrollment, an unexpected occurrence, a natural disaster, a pandemic, or an emergency. In that case, a full refund will be issued, or there will be an option to transfer to a concurrent or future offering without penalty.
